Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

At Anchor Fasteners, we are committed to supplying quality products that meet our customers’ requirements. Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting all products received.

Any claims regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. The notification must clearly identify the products concerned and provide details of the issue.

Failure to notify Anchor Fasteners within the specified five-day period will constitute acceptance of the goods and a waiver of any right to reject the products.

Return Authorization

No products may be returned without prior written authorization from Anchor Fasteners.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Invoice or order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photographs (where applicable)

Anchor Fasteners reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving any credit, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special-order products
  • Custom-manufactured products
  • Non-standard items not listed in our standard product range
  • Products that have been altered, modified, improperly handled, installed, or stored
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled with the written approval of Anchor Fasteners.

Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered to a carrier may be subject to a 25% cancellation and retrieval fee to cover associated costs.

Special-order and custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.

Refunds and Credits

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Replacement of the product;
  • Store credit; or
  • Refund of the purchase price, at Anchor Fasteners’ discretion.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Shipping, handling, delivery, and other associated charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Anchor Fasteners.

Defective Products

Anchor Fasteners warrants that products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

If a product is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults, Anchor Fasteners may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product;
  • Repair the product; or
  • Issue a refund or credit equivalent to the original purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

Anchor Fasteners’ total liability relating to any returned product, refund claim, warranty claim, or other product-related dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
